Boss Menu

Boss Menu is a company management system for FiveM roleplay servers. It gives every job an in game boss menu where leaders run their organization: hiring and firing, promoting, setting salaries, managing society funds, ordering supplies from a job store with timed deliveries, creating uniforms, and tracking employee hours and finances. Everything is set up in-game through the Boss Creator admins build whole jobs with grades, permissions and interaction points without touching a single config file.

Product Features

Company Dashboard

Everything a boss needs on one screen. Live cards show headcount, ranks, society balance and today's revenue, while a 14-day chart tracks who actually shows up. Alongside it: who's online right now, and every deposit, withdrawal and store order as it happens — then move society funds without leaving the page.

Grades & Permissions

The rank ladder, editable in-game. Every grade carries its own name, number, starting salary and permission set — ten toggles covering statistics, transactions, hiring, firing, promotions, deposits, withdrawals and store orders. The badge on each row shows how many are active at a glance, so it's obvious which ranks hold real power. Renumber a grade and existing employees move with it automatically.

Job Shop & Deliveries

The company store. Employees browse the items their job stocks — filtered by category, searchable, each card showing price and delivery time — then build a cart and pay. Orders come out of the society account, never the player's pocket, and items can be locked behind a minimum rank. Pick which stash receives the delivery, hit Pay, and the order lands there once the delivery time has passed.

Job Wardrobe

The company wardrobe. Bosses create outfits with the server's own clothing resource and choose which grades may wear each one — cadet blues for recruits, dress uniform for command. Filter tabs show how many outfits each rank has, and the eye button previews any outfit on a live ped before saving. Employees then equip them at a placed wardrobe point in-game.

Company Profile

The company's identity and books. Bosses set the organization's logo from any direct image URL — it then themes the whole menu, or can be locked so nobody changes it. Below, four totals cover orders, employees, payroll cost and lifetime revenue, followed by the full transaction history: every store order, deposit and withdrawal with who did it and when, colour-coded and searchable by name, type or date.

Custom Salaries

Pay is set in-game, not in a config. From the employee list a boss opens Set Salary, sees the current figure and types a new one — the resource then pays that amount on its own timer, replacing the framework's paycheck entirely. Salaries can be capped server-side, optionally drawn from the society account, and a boss can only change pay for ranks below their own.

Employee Management

The staff roster. Every employee shows their online status, ID, grade, worked hours and current salary — sortable on any column, searchable by name, filterable by status or rank. From the row actions a boss can hire nearby players, promote or demote, adjust pay, or fire someone whether they're online or not. Each action is checked server-side and limited to ranks below the boss's own.

Boss Menu Creator

Build entire jobs in-game — no config files. One command opens the creator, where admins set the job's identifier, display name, society account, accent colour and which grades may open the boss menu. Other tabs handle the rest: the full rank ladder with names, numbers and salaries, the store's items and prices, and every interaction point in the world — boss menus, stashes and wardrobes placed as target zones, walk-in zones, NPCs or props, right where you're standing.
